Pushing Hands In Het Park 2017

In stadspark ‘De Hout’ bij het Hildebrandmonument/ Fontein organiseren Arjen Levison en Helma Vinke iedere twee weken op zondagmorgen Pushing Hands In Het Park. Een anderhalf uur durende gratis kennismaking met Pushing Hands. Waarbij we iedere keer beginnen met een van de basisbewegingen in Pushing Hands, we thematisch deze Pushing Hands beweging verder uitdiepen en de set eindigen met Free Pushing Hands. In deze inter-actieve lessen, met steeds wisselende oefenpartners, onderzoek je kwaliteiten als balans, focus, sensitiviteit, ontspanning, neutraliseren, body-mind-heart coordinatie, gronding, flexibiliteit, kracht en ademhaling. Geschikt voor alle leeftijden, man, vrouw, beginners, gevorderden, beoefenaren en liefhebbers van Tai Chi, Chi Kung, (Chinese) Martial Arts en andere bewegingsdisciplines.

 

Ons doel: Het organiseren van Pushing Hands In het Park op regelmatige basis om de kunst van Pushing Hands eigen te maken, te onderzoeken, te delen en over te dragen. Voor iedereen met belangstelling voor Pushing Hands.

Vandaag mooi zomers weer. Terug naar het schoolbord. Een herhalende beweging in de vorm van horizontale cirkels draaien, waarbij je borstbeen -het centrum- wel en niet wordt aangeraakt. Over richting geven, richting nemen, richting stoppen in verbinding blijven, relaxed blijven, ge-aard blijven. Wat wordt er zichtbaar? welke gedachten, welke reflexen? Kan je zijn met wat is? Hoe beweeg je ten opzichte van jezelf? Hoe beweeg je ten opzichte van de ander? Hoe beweegt de ander ten opzichte van jou? Hoe beweeg je samen? Het was een mooie verrassende Pushing Hands In Het Park vanochtend. Van standing meditation, to connect with your innerworld, naar softly adapt/ merge/ measure your body to the other. Wel kracht – geen kracht, toelaten van de push op je borstbeen, technische mechanische counteractie met arm naar het lichaam, meegeven door natuurlijk buigen van de elleboog.

Beweeg je oefenpartner op zo’n manier dat je duwkracht precies genoeg is, zodat je oefenpartner met deze duwkracht kan mee bewegen om deze kracht uiteindelijk van richting te doen veranderen en of te neutraliseren. Dank je wel Nicole, Nel, Renee en Nicole het was opnieuw een inspirerend Pushing Hands moment.

  ‘A person learns to understand in a safe environment experientially the aspects of the internal moments of movement such as balance, reflex, sensitivity, timing, rooting, neutralisation, coordination and positioning’.

In that sense pushing hands is a contract between persons to train in the defensive and offensive movement principles of tai chi chuan. To learn how to generate, coordinate and deliver power to another and also how to effectively neutralize incoming forces’.
